Sheffield's Craft & Flea (21st September)

You're about to purchase a stall for Craft & Flea. Before you do please check that you have received a proper acceptance email from our bookings team for this specific event.

REFERENCE YOUR STALL
Remember to clearly reference your stall name on the payment so we know who you are. Any correspondence from the Craft & Flea team will go to the email attached to your payment so please make sure your preferred email is attached to your PayPal account as your primary address.

CANCELLATION POLICY
This is a stall for the above event only. Once a stall is reserved it can only be transferred or cancelled if a replacement is found after the event is sold out and is at the discretion of the organisers.
If accepted this will incur a £10 cancellation charge depending on how close to the event your cancellation is received and how much work our bookings team have to do to book in the replacement stall, alter the floor plans, resend promo and stallholder emails etc.

PLEASE NOTE: PITCH SIZES ARE A 1ST COME 1ST SERVED BASIS.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
(by booking you agree to these terms)

1.The organisers bear no liability for loss, damage or theft of items during the event.

2. You are responsible for your own property and safety at our events. We recommend having public and product liability insurance to cover your stall and stock.

3. Electricity is never guaranteed with a stall and is at the discretion of the organiser or venue. Any electrical equipment allowed must be PAT tested, safe and wires taped down.

4. Items for sale at this event must be as detailed in the application form and agreed with the organiser at the time of booking.

5. The sale of any prohibited items or items that have not received approval may result in your removal from the event .

6. Traders must arrive no later than one hour before set up or you will forfeit your stall. No one will be allowed to enter to set up less than one hour before opening.

7. Stalls must not pack up or prepare to leave before the closing time of the event. Stallholders that try to leave early or that contravene health and safety for our customers by moving stock and fittings before pack up time will not be asked back to trade with us, not allowed to use loading exits and may be reported for risking customer safety.

8. In the interest of health and safety walkways and fire exits must be kept clear at all times during the event. This may mean that stock and fittings have to be removed from your pitch if you have not left enough room for walkways.

9.In the event of a venue cancellation we are unable to refund or transfer stalls but will try and seek costs from the responsible party.

10.The sale of food is not permitted from your stall unless you have received approval from the organiser and all requested health and safety documents have been received.

11. Trader spaces must be left exactly as found. All rubbish and waste must be placed in bins and not left on the floor. Caterers must remove all waste

12. It is the traders responsibility to ensure they have all the relevant information/stallholder information about the day.

13. No shows at fairs will be unable to stand at future events.

14. Positioning is strictly down to the organiser. Floorplans are a guide and fair managers are fully entitled to move you on the day should they wish.

15. Stallholders must not set up without being shown their allocated space

16. All floorplans are subject to change at the request of the organiser

17. Traders who enter venues before the instructed time or who are not out by the instructed time will be liable for any additional hire fees billed the venue. These are normally charged per hour and will not be cheap.

18. Craft & Flea shall be under no liability for delay or failure to provide the services as a result of any act or circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to, Act of God, legislation, injury, terrorism, war, fire, failure of power supply, bad weather conditions, lock out or strike

19. All bookings are final. The stall fee is non refundable and cannot be transferred to other events. Please see our cancellation policy for full details on our website.
